Great location near a metro station and shopping area. the room was well-maintained and had comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of dishes to choose from.
The staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. the Wi-Fi was unreliable at times, which was a bit inconvenient for a business trip.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was one of the best aspects as it is conveniently located just opposite to the Botanical Garden Metro station. This made it very easy for us to explore the city and go around. The hotel is also near to the Sector 18 Atta Market, which was great for shopping and dining options. Additionally, the hotel is in a particularly pleasant neighborhood, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Nothing that we didn't like.

Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and prompt, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the promised facilities in perfect working condition. The attention to detail in terms of basic amenities and room functionality was impressive.
All aspects of the hotel, from the service to the rooms, were satisfactory.
